Didn't get refund

I ordered two stuffs the delivery took long then they told me the flashcards they have an issue with the manufacturer so they will only send the bibs which they did and they also said they will refund me for the flashcards, I mailed them but never got a response. It's very unfortunate as I had plans to buy other Islamic stuffs
